At The On1y, performance and trust matter most. We pressed pause while we ran independent third-party testing, and we’re now making the transition to a new manufacturing partner. This change will include stronger quality controls with batch testing before products are released.

Q: What did the testing show?
A: Independent testing showed that the batch we submitted did not meet the intended creatine levels we aimed to deliver.
Q: Is it safe?
A: This was not a safety issue. The concern relates to accuracy and performance, ensuring what’s on the label is exactly what’s in the gummy.
Q: Why are products unavailable?
A: We’ve chosen not to continue with the previous manufacturer. We’re transitioning to a new partner with stronger quality controls, including batch testing before release.
Q: What happens with subscriptions?
A: Subscriptions will not restart automatically. When we relaunch, we’ll only reinstate subscriptions if you confirm in writing that you wish to continue.
Q: What happens for existing customers?
A: When we relaunch, existing customers will receive a special offer as a thank-you for their patience and support.
Q: When will you relaunch?
A: We expect to have the new manufacturer secured ASAP and will keep you updated as we move forward.
